LINKWELL Spring Team Building: A Journey Through Culture and Nature
Last weekend, the LINKWELL team set off for Southern Anhui—a region known for its poetic landscapes and deep cultural roots. It was a short but meaningful getaway, filled with shared experiences, fresh energy, and plenty of smiles.
Stop 1: Xuan Paper Museum
Our first stop was the Xuan Paper Museum in Xuancheng, a city once visited by the famous Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai seven times.
Xuan paper is a traditional Chinese handmade paper, recognized as an intangible cultural heritage. We watched artisans demonstrate the ancient papermaking process—from material selection to drying—and were amazed by the skill and patience behind each sheet.
Many of us even brought home Xuan paper and brush pen sets as souvenirs, hoping to share a piece of this heritage with our children.

Stop 2: Huangtian Village
Next, we visited Huangtian Village, a settlement with over a thousand years of history. Unlike many tourist destinations, this village remains untouched by commercialization. We strolled along ancient stone paths, listened to the gentle flow of streams, and took in the quiet charm of traditional Huizhou architecture.
It was a peaceful moment—a chance to slow down and appreciate the simpler things.
Stop 3: Lu Village
On the second day, we explored Lu Village, known for its beautifully preserved Huizhou-style mansions.
The village is surrounded by golden rapeseed flowers—a stunning contrast of ancient architecture and vibrant nature. We learned about the history of the Lu family and marveled at the intricate wood carvings, some with ten layers of depth, depicting stories from Chinese legends and history.
It was a reminder of how craftsmanship can carry meaning across generations.
Stop 4: Wuli Peach Blossoms
Our final stop was a hillside of peach blossoms in full bloom. Pink and white flowers stretched across the landscape—a perfect setting for laughter, photos, and simply enjoying the spring air together.
Back to Work, Fully Charged
Two days away gave us time to connect, reflect, and recharge. Now, the LINKWELL team is back with fresh energy and a shared sense of purpose.
Here’s to the road ahead—together.
